Crafted in collaboration with a monk at a historic temple in Shiga Prefecture, this incense is a unique expression of ADI’s spirit. Based on the traditional scent used by the monk, we’ve blended in spices that define our cooking at ADI — including cinnamon, cardamom, and pepper — to create a warm, grounding aroma that bridges heritage and flavor.

滋賀県の歴史あるお寺にてお坊さんと共に製作した、ADIオリジナルのお香です。お坊さんが使っていた伝統的な香りをベースに、ADIの料理に欠かせないスパイス——シナモン、カルダモン、ペッパー——を加え、香りの中に私たちのスピリットを込めました。
